Hotel tamri, in Ave du president kennedy, is, in my opinion, the best place to choose for sleeping in Agadir. It's not exactly a hotel, it's more like a vacation villa with a great courtyard full of plants. All the facilities are okay, so are the rooms. Prices are around 10$
