The main bus station is in Inezgane, 13 km of Agadir (don't ask why, I was surprised too). From Inezgane you can get a taxi (for $0.30) or a local bus (no 5 or 6) to go to Agadir. Most of the bus stations are in a small part of the town called New Talborjt.
