At the Agadir airport, the bus no 22 will take you from the carpark to Inezgane station every 40 minutes. The trip is less than 50 cents, as far as I can rememeber. From Inezgane, you can change the bus, take no 20(another 20 cents or so) and get to Agadir. Better than any taxi, in my opinion
