Just across Casa-Voyageurs train station in Casablanca there is a very nice hotel, Hotel Terminus (on Blvd Bahmad). It's very comfortable, rooms are very large for the price they require (about 8-9 $) and showers cost very little. It's useful when you have an early train to catch. Rooms are easy to find almost always.
