What i liked best about Casablanca was the fact that I could eat a lot of types of food. Seafood is best at Amine restaurant, on Rue Chaoui. Portions are big and cost only 3$. In fact, this street is famous for its rotisseries and restaurants. Just stroll along it and you'll find plenty of options.
