We're looking for a nice traditional restaurant in Casablanca. Cheap would be nice...(give a different answer) .
Snack Saigon is both: nice and cheap. I have some friends in Casablanca, and when I go there (almost each summer) we always have our lunches there. They have great tajine (pastries filled with chicken meat) and shwarmas too. It's located on Rue Salah Ben Bouchaib and the dishes cost around $2.
